This morning, Yark Chevrolet had the honor of attending the adoption assembly of Frank Elementary’s new facility dog, Liv! 🐾💛

The Perrysburg Schools Foundation introduced its Facility Dog Program in 2019 to help support the emotional and psychological well-being of its students, staff members, and school community.

Liv is the fifth dog to join the program and will be stationed at Frank Elementary. Her adoption was celebrated amongst the staff and students during today’s assembly, with a special cake from Three Dog Bakery, and a demonstration of Liv’s best tricks!

Yark Chevrolet is proud to support this great program. Thank you to the Perrysburg Schools Foundation for inviting us to be a part of creating a supportive and safe environment for the students in our community.

Each year, the Toledo Auto Dealers Association gathers the evening before the Greater Toledo Auto Show to raise funds and give back to local children in need.

Over the years ADUK has raised over $2.2 million for children's charities in Northwest Ohio. We are proud to be a part of this special evening at the Greater Toledo Auto Show!

Yark Chevrolet was proud to present the Perrysburg Schools Foundation with a check for $37,500 to support the ROX (Ruling Our eXperiences) program and the Perrysburg Schools Facility Dog program.

The ROX Program for Girls is designed to empower young girls by providing them with the tools and skills necessary to navigate the challenges of adolescence. The program focuses on building self-esteem, developing leadership skills, and promoting healthy relationships

A portion of the funds will also go towards the facility dog program, which introduces trained dogs into the schools to support the emotional and psychological well-being of students, staff members, and the school community.
